Safety on-board

The safety of all our Passengers and Drivers is our primary concern.

All our drivers are familiarised with our company risk assessment which aims to identify risk to Passengers and Drivers and outlines best practice to minimise these risks.

• We encourage customers to use their own baby/child seats which we can store until their return.(Child seats are not a legal requirement in the back of a taxi).
• We use "secret shoppers" to monitor our service.
• We randomly breathalyse our drivers.
• Our Transport manager monitors our drivers documented daily vehicle checks
• We randomly call customers following their journey for feedback.
• All taxi drivers in the Hart District have a CRB* check.
